Vanshika, a fifteen-year-old who was born visually impaired, scored 96% in the CBSE Class 10 results released on Monday. Vanshika, a student at Chandigarh's Institute for the Blind in Sector 26, says her goal is to succeed in the UPSC Civil Service Exam and move ahead to the rank of IAS officer.

Background of Vanshika and Her Determination:
Anita is a homemaker, while her father, Sonu Pal, works as a worker. According to Vanshika, she studied by herself for three hours in the evening, from 5:00 to 8:00, and until 11:00 at night when she had her exam.
Her goal is to foster an environment that is supportive and accepting of visually impaired students. Her hobbies are engaging in classroom debates and reading inspirational stories.
Success Story of the Institute for the Blind, Sector 26, Chandigarh:
Nine visually impaired students from the Institute for the Blind, Sector 26, appeared in the class 12 exam, while sixteen visually impaired students took the class 10 exam. Every single student passed the examination.
With an 88.6% score, Rajeev secured first place among the class 12 students. Kusum Bhatia and Danish Bassan, with 88% and 87.4% respectively, obtained second and third place.
Vanshika achieved a score of 96%, Chandni got a score of 92.2%, and Paras Bhardwaj acquired a score of 91.2% among the class 10 students.
