Bengaluru (Karnataka).

BDL Recruitment 2024 Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of one-year post-qualification work experience in the relevant Industry/Office as of February 14, 2024.
One year completed Apprenticeship Training will be considered as experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in relevant Defence Labs/Industries associated with weapon system development.
The number of years of service will be confirmed based on the relevant experience required for the post, as indicated in the Certificate/Offer of Appointment and Last Pay Slips submitted by the candidate.
