In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced a series of Online Capacity Building Programmes (CBPs) for counsellors and teachers. These programmes highlight the essential role of comprehensive counselling in fostering students' academic and personal development.

In a significant move to enhance educational counselling across the country, the CBSE's CBPs aim to upgrade educators' knowledge and skills in career counselling and psychosocial support. Participants will receive guidance on helping students explore career options, set achievable goals, and plan for future success. Recognizing the crucial impact of counselling on students' overall growth, the programmes will feature experienced resource persons who will provide valuable insights and practical skills.
All counsellors and educators are encouraged to participate in this professional development opportunity in alignment with NEP 2020 guidelines.
