TG TET June 2026: Papers and Eligibility Criteria
TG TET 2026 is conducted in two papers. Candidates must apply for the paper relevant to the class they wish to teach.
Paper I - For Classes I to V (Primary Level)
Candidates must meet any one of the following:
- Passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
- Passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
- Passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
- Graduated with at least 50% marks AND passed or appearing in B.Ed
Paper II - For Classes VI to VIII (Upper Primary Level)
Candidates must meet any one of the following:
- Graduation with at least 50% marks AND passed or appearing in 2-year B.Ed
- Passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year B.A./B.Sc. B.Ed or B.A. B.Ed
