Portal Reopening Dates

  • Portal reopening: April 6 and April 7, 2026
  • Mode: Online through the official UPMSP website
  • Applicable for: Pending practical marks submission

This is a one-time window provided to schools and examiners to complete the process.

Reason for Reopening

The board's review found that practical marks of a significant number of students were not uploaded during the earlier submission period.

  • Marks of over 34,000 students remained pending
  • Data from hundreds of examination centres was incomplete
  • Earlier deadline for submission had already been extended

Despite completion of practical examinations, marks were not uploaded by some internal examiners, prompting the board to reopen the portal.

Important Instructions for Schools

UPMSP has issued clear directions:

  • Upload all pending practical marks within the specified dates
  • Use the official portal login provided to institutions
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data submission

The board has also indicated that responsibility will be fixed on concerned officials if marks are not uploaded within the given window.

Impact on Students

The timely uploading of practical marks is essential because:

  • Practical marks are part of the final result calculation
  • Non-submission may lead to students being marked absent or failed

Students are advised to stay in touch with their respective schools regarding the status of their practical marks.

What This Means

The reopening of the portal provides a final opportunity for institutions to upload pending practical marks and ensure that student results are processed without discrepancies. Schools are required to complete the process within the deadline to avoid any impact on result preparation.
